Adamantium Skeleton does what it says it does. But, just to clarify, it means LIMB damage is cut by half, not general HP damage. 1 day ago · In fallout 1 & 2 you could increase up to 300%, but 100% is your cap in fallout 3, and New Vegas. Doesn’t matter how many stat boosting items you wear or magazines you read it is all for naught after you reach the cap.
This perk would only be useful if the health system was more akin to the one from fallout 1 and 2 spray and pray: never had to worry about downing a companion. and even if i did, they get back up after battle anyway. Only useful if shooting at your teammates actually did anything (not counting hardcore).
