Actually the servers are always full. The problem is the 16 player max, people going afk and that so many go online even if theyā€™re only gonna build a car or do solo stuff. So you end up with packed servers that only has a few people that interacts with other players.

I also felt heat had a better single player progression mainly due to the fact that the payouts were far higher, as unbound has some stupid high buy ins. In terms of story I feel both are even.
